It was a great documentary by Alan Yentob that first ignited my interest in the work of Marc Newson. He first earned critical acclaim with his chaise longue named 'Lockheed Lounge'. Since then he has been commisioned by Ford to create a concept car incorperating incredible and innovative design solutions as well as work for NASA on the 'Spaceplane 2007' working on innovative solutions for the interior of a space shuttle.
